Kletschkus Gasmesstechnik Berlin GmbH is the European partner of DOD Technologies Inc. DOD is a manufacturer of gas detectors that work according to the colorimetric principle. Gas concentrations from ppb to ppm are sufficient to stain indicator paper. Depending on the measuring device selected, the intensity or color of the color change is evaluated electro-optically and converted into a gas concentration. In contrast to electrochemical sensors, the type of gas can also be reliably determined in addition to the concentration (Vision 8). In recent years, DOD Technologies Inc. has developed into one of the world's largest providers of gas detection technology with colorimetry.
Due to the high demand in Europe, it became necessary to set up a permanent partner within the European community, Kletschkus Gasmesstechnik Berlin GmbH.

Training
You have your own technicians who already carry out maintenance work on electromechanical measuring devices in your company. We train your employees so that in the future they can both commission ChemLogic devices and carry out maintenance work.
We carry out the training sessions at your premises. If necessary, we provide equipment for training.
Please note that only if maintenance is carried out regularly (much more often than once a year) will your employees be able to fully apply the knowledge they have acquired in the training.

Maintenance
Similar to the repairs, we carry out the maintenance work on your ChemLogic devices both at your factory and at our workshop.

Sales of measuring devices
It doesn't matter whether you only need one measuring point or 100. It doesn't matter whether you only want to switch on a flashing light to warn your employees, or whether you have to set several process steps in motion with your gas warning system in the event of one of the maximum permissible pollutant concentrations.
We have the experience for this and can offer you the right system.
For Chemlogic devices, we stock replacement tapes for the most frequently measured substances. As a rule, you will have your replacement strap available within a few days of receipt of your order. A previously necessary direct import from the USA is no longer necessary for you.

Repair
Despite the high reliability design of DOD Technologies ChemLogic instruments, there may be times when your instrument needs service. We carry out the repair at your site in order to keep possible downtime as short as possible. If you want to send us your device, we will also repair it at our premises. If required, we can provide you with a loaner device.

Planning
Gas warning systems are an essential part of plant and work safety. Regardless of whether they have to be designed for highly toxic or combustible gases, whether breathing air or process exhaust gases are to be monitored: we support you in planning the gas warning system, whether on paper at your desk or by inspecting your site.
